SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (March 7, 2012) – Smith & Wesson Corp. today announced that Julie Golob, Professional Shooter and Captain of Team Smith & Wesson, is scheduled to appear on the new show “Top Guns,” airing tonight on the H2 Channel. As this week’s special guest, Golob talks with host Colby Donaldson about the handguns that are taking the competitive shooting circuit by storm.

Airing at 10/9 PM Central, tonight’s viewers will get a closer look into three Smith & Wesson® firearms that were specifically designed with the competition shooter in mind. After the discussion is over the lead starts to fly, as the three firearms are put through their paces in some healthy competition.

“I am really excited about this episode of Top Guns,” said Julie Golob. “Having the opportunity to talk about three of my favorite Smith & Wesson firearms and getting to shoot with Colby and Top Shot alumni was an incredible experience. We had a lot of fun and I am looking forward to watching the show.”

Colt This is My Rifle

A great promo video from Colt:  This is My Rifle

Throughout the video, you will hear the Rifleman's Creed.

Colt: This is My Rifle

This is my rifle.

It’s been tested in every theater of war for the last 50 years.

There are many like it, but this one is mine.

It’s been tested from the concrete jungle, to the jungles of Vietnam.

My rifle is my best friend.

Through the dust, the rain, and the snow, it has been proven reliable and accurate.

I will learn its strength, its parts, its accessories, its sights and its barrel.

It’s 100% Mil-Spec.  It’s battle tested.  And it’s in a class, all by itself.

This is my rifle.

This is Colt.
