Smith & Wesson’s Julie Golob To Be Featured on History Channel’s ‘Top Guns’

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (March 7, 2012) – Smith & Wesson Corp. today announced that Julie Golob, Professional Shooter and Captain of Team Smith & Wesson, is scheduled to appear on the new show “Top Guns,” airing tonight on the H2 Channel. As this week’s special guest, Golob talks with host Colby Donaldson about the handguns that are taking the competitive shooting circuit by storm.

Airing at 10/9 PM Central, tonight’s viewers will get a closer look into three Smith & Wesson® firearms that were specifically designed with the competition shooter in mind. During the show, Golob discusses the feature benefits of the M&P40 Pro Series, Model 625 JM and the 1911 Pro Series in 9mm. After the discussion is over the lead starts to fly, as the three firearms are put through their paces in some healthy competition.

“I am really excited about this episode of Top Guns,” said Julie Golob. “Having the opportunity to talk about three of my favorite Smith & Wesson firearms and getting to shoot with Colby and Top Shot alumni was an incredible experience. We had a lot of fun and I am looking forward to watching the show.”
